Our experienced instructors Mr & Mrs Connell have been doing taekwondo for most of their lives, learning , training, teaching and competing all over the world.
As part of the British Taekwondo Council and the GTUK, we have to be fully DBS checked, First Aid trained and Safeguarding trained to even open our doors.
Each member has their own insurance and membership allowing them to compete in GTUK and BTC competitions (several of these a year).
External examiners come in to check student progress and perform colour belt gradings to progress students towards blackbelt.
Blackbelt examinations happen under the watchful eyes of one of the countries taekwondo pioneers and several masters of the art.
All beginners get 2 Trial lessons completely free, we encourage everyone to come and see if Peak District Taekwondo is for them!
